The "REVIEW 2023-2024 Conference" co-sponsored by the Rinstitute and the high-level international academic journal iMeta was held in Wuhan during 29th-30th May, 2024. This is a new upgrade of the "GUT series of activities" launched in 2020, and has attracted the attention and participation of all those who care about intestinal science research, clinical and industrial transformation, and science communication. The exciting reports from invited experts and industry experts showcased the latest research progress in various fields such as human microbiome, nutrition and food, animal intestines, integrated bowel disease, inflammatory bowel disease, etc. to the audience, bringing a top-notch academic feast in the field of intestines. Two days of this conference, the content was diverse, from the opening ceremony to the branch venue, the conference venues are full, the exhibition area crowded and popular.
