On September 2, 2015, Bio-Gene performance after sales service for BMG FLUOstar OPTIMA multimode microplate reader in College of Chemistry, Wuhan University.

After received the service call from customers, Bio-Gene sent the engineer to offer machine maintenance as soon as possible. The engineer found that the filter motor was corroded by the volatile solution and became rusted which cause the machine failed to run. Bio-Gene’s engineer quickly solved the issue and make the reader can run again perfectly.
