Bio-Gene Technology Ltd finished the 6th Annual Protein and Peptide Conference (PepCon-2013) held in Suzhou, China from March 21-23, 2013. The PepCon is a professional conference for protein and peptide researchers. It provided opportunities for proteomic experts and newcomers to the field to discuss their research challenges, technical problems and future strategies in proteomic research. This conference was hosted by Information Research Center of International Talents, SAFEA, Suzhou Personnel Work Leading Group Office, Suzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and China Medicinal Biotech Association under the theme of “Discovery, Translation, and Industrialization”. The conference was divided into several sessions which included Proteomics, Protein Sciences and Study Methods, Protein Analysis and Separation, Protein Design and Engineering, Protein and Diseases, Proteins in Drug Discovery and Development, and Peptide Technologies and Business Development.
