Bio-Gene completed the Third SLAS Asia Conference and Exhibition (The Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening 2013), the conference provides forums for education and information exchange to encourage the study of advance laboratory science and technology for the drug discovery, agrochemical, biotechnology, chemistry, clinical diagnostic, consumer product, energy, food, forensic, pharmaceutical industries and other industries.

Being the exclusive agent of BMG LABTECH in China, Bio-Gene joined SLAS every year together with BMG LABTECH. In this year, we launched and demonstrated a new High Performance Microplate Reader with Advanced LVF Monochromators, Spectrometer, and Filters—CLARIOstar to our participants. With Linear Variable Filter (LVF) and Tandem technology, CLARIOstar enables fluorescence and absorbance spectrum scanning with filters which is perfect for measuring and developing fluorescence assays. Advanced monochromator technology can provide flexibility with great sensitivity. The advance monochromators can continuously adjust wavelength (320 to 850nm) and bandwidth (8 to 100nm) for excitation and emission, which can significantly increased its performance for different assays over conventional monochromators. Meanwhile, CLARIOstar also equipped the ultra-fast full wavelength photometer and solid state laser for AlphaScreen function which greatly expanding instrument's performance. All these top technologies combine together to make CLARIOstar for any wavelength, any bandwidth and any assays!
