n 23rd September, 2014, the Bio-energetic Metabolism Workshop, organized by Bio-Gene Technology Ltd and Shanghai East Hospital came to a successful ending. Dr. Qingbo Liu, the product manager of Bio-Gene, introduced and explained the principle of Luxcel reagent kits and its applications in the field of cell metabolism in detail. After that, Dr. Liu performed demo experiments with Luxcel reagent ktis on BMG Omega plate reader. During the demo, Dr. Liu provided experiment guidance and tips to participants, and analyzed the results together. With the Luxcel’s oxygen sensitive probe technology, researchers can study multi-parameters for cell metabolism (OCR, ECA, ATP, Intra Oxygen, etc.) easily by using Luxcel reagent together with BMG high performance multimode microplate reader. Through organizing academic seminars and interactive workshops with researchers, we hope to promote advanced technology of in studying cell metabolism and its related diseases.
