Multiple fermentation parameters such as biomass concentration, pH, dissolved oxygen, and fluorescent proteins or substrates can be monitored simultaneously in up to 48 parallel media. BioLector® Pro utilizes a patented microplate integrated microfluidic chip technology. This technology allows the system to continuously regulate the pH and nutrient delivery of each culture unit. The BioLector® can be used in bacterial, yeast, fungal, plant and insect cell systems. All systems are available for aerobic, microaerobic, and anaerobic cultures. RoboLector® offers a unique automated culture platform that combines high-throughput fermentation with BioLector® online monitoring capabilities and an accurate automated liquid handler.
