A few months ago, Bio-Gene received a call from Mr. Liu Xian-xing of Shenzhen Institute Traditional Chinese Medicine / Molecular Pharmacology Research Center, Hong Kong Polytechnic University for a maintenance and other after sales service call for their two BMG LABTECH multi-mode microplate readers LUMIstar Galaxy and POLAstar Galaxy, both of which were installed in 2002 and have been used continuously for more than 10 years without big issues. After working without stop for over 10 years, there were some minor problems on the injectors and Abs Optic on the plate readers. Bio-Gene’s services engineer, who has been received regular BMG’s training and accreditation, solved the problems quickly without causing much delay to Mr. Liu’s institute.
