On May 14, 2013, Bio-Gene’s technical engineer, Daniel Liu, went to Wilmar (Shanghai) Biotechnology Research and Development Center Ltd. to perform regular preventive maintenance for the BMG Labtech Omega microplate reader. Since purchased in October, 2012, the instrument has been operating well. Bio-Gene’s engineer visit is to provide advanced operation training for customers.  The customer was satisfied with our after-sales service and below is comment from the unit:
