On 5th of December, 2013, Bio-Gene’s technical engineer went to Novartis in Shanghai to perform regular preventive maintenance for the BMG LABTECH PHERAstar FS plate reader. After our engineer’s testing, the plate reader runs well. We made a promise that we will revisit regularly and perform maintenance for the instrument. Once again, Bio-Gene has countless satisfied customers. Below is comment from Novartis:
