    重庆医科大学第一附属医院妇产科,重庆医科大学加拿大-中国-新西兰母胎医学联合实验室,重庆市重大代谢疾病转化医学重点实验室和重庆医科大学第二附属医院妇产科联合在专业学术期刊Heliyon发表了题为The metabolic role of the CD73/adenosine signaling pathway in HTR-8/SVneo cells: A Double-Edged Sword?的文章,研究CD73/腺苷信号通路在滋养层细胞增殖和迁移中的代谢作用。他们通过RNA-seq、代谢组学和能量代谢研究结果表明,腺苷处理抑制有氧呼吸、糖酵解和氨基酸合成,并增加短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)的利用率。他们研究结果表明,腺苷在调节滋养层能量代谢中的作用就像一把双刃剑——要么抑制有氧呼吸,要么向代谢通量中补充碳源。CD73/腺苷信号通过调节能量代谢来调节滋养层EMT、迁移和增殖。

    科研工作者借助BMG的CLARIOstar Plus读板机进行细胞能量代谢。BMG的meta-ready细胞能量代谢检测仪能兼容各种样本,如贴壁细胞、悬浮细胞、线粒体、细菌、3D培养细胞等,预设了耗氧率OCR和酸化率ECAR的检测程序和分析程序,一键检测和获取数据,帮助研究人员轻松进行细胞能量代谢研究。
