中国科学技术大学生命科学与医学部合肥国家微观物理科学研究中心,中国科学院脑功能与疾病重点实验室,合肥国家综合科学中心人工智能研究所,北京师范大学认知神经科学与学习国家重点实验室,IDG/麦戈文脑研究所,北京师范大学生命科学学院基因资源与分子发育北京市重点实验室,北京师范大学生命科学学院细胞增殖与调控生物学教育部重点实验室近日联合在高分专业学术期刊Nature Methods发表了学术研究成果:Engineering of NEMO as calcium indicators with large dynamics and high sensitivity,报道了一套钙的传感器NEMO,具有快速动力学和宽动态范围(>100倍)。NEMO指标报告Ca2+瞬变,可以检测到SBR峰值神经元的单一动作电位体内SBR的中位峰值是体内SBR的两倍和四倍,优于大多数现有最先进的钙指示剂。新的钙指示剂报告细胞内Ca2+信号具有高度的灵敏度和分辨率,在监测神经元活动,哺乳动物和植物体内Ca2+调节的生理过程等方面能得到广泛应用。研究人员选用了德国的BMG Labtech POLARstar Omega多功能酶标仪来进行钙指示剂解离常数的检测。BMG Labtech POLARstar Omega多功能酶标仪配备2个在位注射器,能在加试剂的同时完成检测,无任何延迟,特别适用于钙瞬变的实时检测。
