中国人民解放军军事科学院军事医学科学院卫勤与输血医学研究所近日在专业学术期刊Molecules发表了学术研究成果Resveratrol, a New Allosteric Effector of Hemoglobin, Enhances Oxygen Supply Efficiency and Improves Adaption to Acute Severe Hypoxia，探索研究白藜芦醇对急性高原缺氧的保护作用。研究人员发现发现白藜芦醇影响HbA的结构稳定性和氧释放速率，增强了HbA和大鼠RBC的体外供氧效率，延长了急性窒息小鼠的耐受时间。通过提高供氧效率，白藜芦醇减轻了急性严重缺氧的不利影响，从而提高供氧效率并改善对急性严重缺氧的适应。研究人员采用了一个新的筛选试验来分析血红蛋白的氧解离。这个方法通过持续4h通入大量氮气使血红蛋白脱氧，在脱氧过程中扫描350–700 nm光谱观察光谱的变化来计算血红蛋白含氧量。研究人员选用了德国的BMG Labtech SPECTROstar Nano酶标仪完成了这项分析工作。BMG Labtech SPECTROstar Nano酶标仪配置了气体通入装置，可提供血红蛋白脱氧分析所需的气体环境，而且SPECTROstar Nano特有的静息光栅能在1s内完成一个样本的全光谱扫描，整块96孔板样本全光谱扫描只需要1分多钟就能完成，是最合适进行血红蛋白含氧分析的分析仪。
