近日来自香港大学李嘉诚医学院和中国医学科学院北京协和医学院的关研究团队,发表广谱的抗冠状病毒药剂的作用靶点的研究进展成果-Targeting papain-like protease for broad-spectrum coronavirus inhibition,研究发现Plpro是开发广谱的抗冠状病毒药剂的有效的作用靶点。F0213可能是对抗COVID-19的大规模流行和未来冠状病毒有希望的候选化合物。其中,研究团队采用德国BMG PHERAstar FSX多功能读板机来完成蛋白酶切割分析。BMG的PHERAstar FSX读板机,配备荧光检测的优化光学模块,是市面上荧光检测灵敏度最高的多功能酶标仪,适用于384板或者更高通量的药物筛选。
