来自山东大学微生物技术国家重点实验室相关研究团队，近日在Nucleic Acids Res期刊发表CRISPR-Cas系统DNA剪切机制新发现-A type III-A CRISPR-Cas system mediates co-transcriptional DNA cleavage at the transcriptional bubbles in close proximity to active effectors，进一步推动了探究病毒清除的新机制。其中，LdCsm DNase动力学活性相关重要实验-Fluorescence DNA cleavage assay，采用BMG超精准超稳定型号酶标仪FLUOstar Omega（也是华大基因核酸荧光定量SOP所用型号） 来完成，其出色的性能，为该DNA剪切实验快速动力学长时间实时精密监测提供了非常稳定精准的实验结果。
