清华大学和中国科技大学等研究团队近日Cell Research在线发表重要研究成果,揭示GPCR钙敏感受体CaSR在Ca2+和L-Trp两种激动剂共同协作下的激活机制 :“Structural mechanism of cooperative activation of the human calcium-sensing receptor by Ca2+ ions and L-tryptophan”。该研究成果对重要药物靶标CaSR受体的相关药物研发具有重要参考价值。其中,CaSR受体功能分析主要是通过HTRF检测技术定量分析第二信使IP-1来研究;BMG多功能酶标仪拥有HTRF金标准分析性能,在此研究中通过BMG CLARIOstar读板机为IP-1快速精准定量分析提供解决方案
