北京大学基础医学院郑乐民教授团队近日在知名期刊Advanced Science在线发表重要研究成果,揭示内皮细胞ICAM-1与血小板相互作用促进肿瘤转移新机制:“ICAM-1 Activates Platelets and Promotes Endothelial Permeability through VE-cadherin after Insufficient Radiofrequency Ablation”。相关研究工作中,大量内皮细胞通透性体外模型分析实验,采用BMG多功能酶标仪完成。BMG多功能酶标仪拥有荧光分析最灵敏和最灵活的系统,可为不同细胞分析实验提供最理想解决方案。
