来自华东师范大学相关学者近日在PNAS发表重要研究成果,合作开发高效蓝光调控光激活Cre重组酶系统,为体内基因操作,在特定细胞类群中进行高效时空特异性基因重组和细胞标记增加了更为精细的调控工具。其中,光激活Dre重组酶系统部分体外鉴定工作通过共转染rox-stop-rox-Rluc监测荧光素酶来验证,BMG超敏化学发光专用检测型号LUMIstar Omega为此工作提供精准分析方案
