    北京中医药大学中药学院近日在专业学术期刊International Journal of Nanomedicine发表了学术研究成果:Carrier-Free Binary Self-Assembled Nanomedicines Originated from Traditional Herb Medicine with Multifunction to Accelerate MRSA-Infected Wound Healing by Antibacterial, Anti-Inflammation and Promoting Angiogenesis。科学家们成功制备一种自组装的传统中药的纳米颗粒,这种纳米颗粒对耐多药金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)表现出较强的抗菌活性和生物膜去除能力,并且在体内MRSA感染的伤口模型上具有良好的抗炎活性和促进血管生成以加速伤口愈合的良好作用,并显示出良好的生物相容性,没有细胞毒性、溶血活性和组织或器官毒性。

    科研工作者借助BMG的酶标仪完成体外抗菌测试,细菌生长曲线,细菌生物膜去除测试,溶血试验,生物相容性评估,他们还通过刮痕实验测试了纳米颗粒对创伤的愈合作用,刮痕实验除了传统的成像方法,也很容易在酶标仪上轻松完成。BMG多功能酶标仪能提供维持细胞生长的环境,专为cell-based assays设计各种检测功能和分析功能,能帮助科研工作者轻松获得相应的数据。
