厦门大学附属翔安医院，厦门大学医学院，厦门大学医学院器官移植研究所，福建省器官与组织再生重点实验室，厦门市再生医学重点实验室近日联合在专业学术期刊International Journal of Nanomedicine发表了学术研究成果：Bone-targeting exosome nanoparticles activate Keap1/Nrf2/GPX4 signaling pathway to induce ferroptosis in osteosarcoma cells，开发用于治疗骨瘤的BMSCs衍生的外泌体（EXO），将外泌体在体内有效地将药物递送到肿瘤细胞。在研究中，科研人员通过使用骨靶向肽 EXO并将卷曲霉素封装在壳内，构建了一个潜在的治疗纳米平台。这些构建的纳米颗粒（NP）显示出同源靶向和骨靶向外泌体（BT-EXO）的能力，显著促进体外细胞内吞和在体内肿瘤积聚，为将基于脱铁性贫血的化疗与骨瘤靶向治疗相结合提供了一种新的、有前景的策略。
科研工作者借助BMG的多功能酶标仪检测卷曲霉素在外泌体的装载，并进行了药物释放分析。借助BMG的酶标仪还可以轻松完成刮痕实验生和细胞毒性实验。BMG多功能酶标仪能提供维持细胞生长的环境，专为cell-based assays设计各种检测功能和分析功能，能帮助科研工作者轻松获得相应的数据。
