厦门大学附属翔安医院,厦门大学医学院,厦门大学医学院器官移植研究所,福建省器官与组织再生重点实验室,厦门市再生医学重点实验室近日联合在专业学术期刊International Journal of Nanomedicine发表了学术研究成果:Bone-targeting exosome nanoparticles activate Keap1/Nrf2/GPX4 signaling pathway to induce ferroptosis in osteosarcoma cells,开发用于治疗骨瘤的BMSCs衍生的外泌体(EXO),将外泌体在体内有效地将药物递送到肿瘤细胞。在研究中,科研人员通过使用骨靶向肽 EXO并将卷曲霉素封装在壳内,构建了一个潜在的治疗纳米平台。这些构建的纳米颗粒(NP)显示出同源靶向和骨靶向外泌体(BT-EXO)的能力,显著促进体外细胞内吞和在体内肿瘤积聚,为将基于脱铁性贫血的化疗与骨瘤靶向治疗相结合提供了一种新的、有前景的策略。
