哈尔滨工业大学化学化工学院，哈尔滨工业大学医学与卫生学院，极端环境养分合成转化分离国家地方联合工程实验室，哈尔滨工业大学重庆研究院特色医药与食品资源开发智能装备研究中心近日联合专业学术期刊Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal发表了学术研究成果：Synergetic effect of β-asarone and cannabidiol against Aβ aggregation in vitro and in vivo，研究了β-细辛酮和大麻二酚（CBD）联合治疗阿尔茨海默病AD的潜力。阿尔茨海默病的病理生理学涉及一系列复杂的生物学过程，包括β淀粉样蛋白和tau蛋白的积累。科研人员分析了这两种植物化学物质对β-淀粉样蛋白（Aβ）的聚集和毒性的联合影响，检测到这两种化合物的存在协同抑制了细胞凋亡，下调了细胞中的相对基因表达，还可能减缓衰老，降低瘫痪率，增强学习能力，增强秀丽隐杆线虫的自噬活性。研究人员选用了德国的BMG Labtech PHERAstar FSX多功能酶标仪高通量实时动态监测 Aβ 聚集。BMG Labtech PHERAstar FSX多功能酶标仪专为高通量药物筛选设计，高灵敏度，超快速进行各种模式检测。除了蛋白聚集外，阿尔茨海默病跟线粒体功能障碍有关，PHERAstar FSX多功能酶标仪可以检测线粒体呼吸，ATP的产生,钙保留能力等指标，为多方位研究阿尔茨海默病的疾病机理和治疗措施提供稳定的筛选平台。
