c segregation in apple flesh firmness and crispness
中国农业大学园艺学院近日在专业学术期刊Plant Cell Reports发表了学术研究成果A single QTL harboring multiple genetic variations leads to complicated phenotypic segregation in apple flesh firmness and crispness,研究人员鉴定了62个与果肉硬度保持性(FFR)和果肉脆度保持性(FCR)相关的数量性状基因座(QTL)。在这项研究中,在QTL区域内的候选基因MdbHLH25和MdWDR5A上鉴定了5个和2个单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)。单核苷酸多态性有利于保持更高的肉质脆度,控制果实贮藏性。对这些遗传变异的研究有助于理解QTL的复杂效应,并为分子育种中的标记开发提供了良好的潜力。为了鉴别单核苷酸多态性,研究人员使用了德国的BMG Labtech的多功能酶标仪读取不同颜色的荧光信号,并转化成基因分型。BMG Labtech多功能酶标仪性能稳定,能同时读取多色荧光,已经被知名企业采用作为基因分型的标准仪器。
